The Fellowship Experience.
The Primer Fellowship is a paid, part-time program that prepares educators to launch or lead a school built to last.

Formation and Learning
Fellows enter a season of formation: learning our model, engaging with our culture, assessing mutual fit with our philosophy, and practicing the habits of leadership that shape our communities.

Training and Support
Fellows dedicate 5–10 hours each week, split between live programming in the evenings, asynchronouas online coursework, and fieldwork in their communities alongside campus teams.

Evaluation and Readiness
Every assignment and evaluation measures readiness to lead, ensuring that those who complete the Fellowship are proven, prepared, and ready to make an impact.
