Our Educators

Primer educators play an important role in every student's learning journey. They build strong relationships with students, provide thoughtful instruction, and create a classroom environment where students feel supported, challenged, and encouraged to grow.

Because every student learns differently, our educators take time to understand each student's strengths, interests, and areas where they may need additional support. Throughout the school year, they monitor student progress and adjust instruction to help students continue building their knowledge and skills.

Every day, Primer educators:

• Lead engaging lessons and small-group instruction
• Provide guidance, encouragement, and timely feedback
• Support students as they work toward mastery
• Encourage students to take ownership of their learning
• Celebrate growth, effort, and achievement

Our educators bring a variety of experiences and expertise to the classroom. They meet established qualification requirements and participate in ongoing coaching and professional development to continue strengthening their instructional practice and supporting student success.

We also believe education is strongest when schools and families work together. Educators communicate regularly with families to share student progress, answer questions, and partner with parents throughout the school year. By working together, we can provide students with the support and encouragement they need to thrive both in and out of the classroom.
